It’s that time again! Our annual Summer Competition is on once again. Last year brought 220 athletes together to throw down, and this year will be even bigger and even better. We hope you come down to scrap with us again this year. There’s a limited number of spots, as always, so get signed up soon.

WOD A: The Ladder

Athletes begin at their station. They have one minute to complete as many snatches (any catch) as possible. They will then have a minute to change weights before completing as many cleans (any catch) as possible. They will then have a minute to change weights before completing as many deadlifts as possible. Immediately afterwards, athletes must perform a max distance weighted carry.

Teams do the same WOD, sharing a bar. There is no minimum work requirement.

Individual:
3 Minute AMRAP of: 6 Front Squats and 6 Bar-Over Burpees

3 Minute AMRAP of: Double Unders (Scaled: Single Unders)

3 Minute AMRAP of: 6 Front Squats and 6 Bar-Over Burpees

21 Shoulder-To-Overhead, 9 Bar Muscle-Ups, 200 Yard Shuttle Run

Individual Scaled:
9 Presses, 200 Yard Shuttle Run
15 Push Press, 200 Yard Shuttle Run
21 Shoulder-to-Overhead, 200 Yard Shuttle Run

Teams: Same WOD, shared reps. Shuttle run must be completed by both athletes before work is allowed to begin again.

WOD D: A Floater WOD will occur! We are saving the details of this special slice of heaven until you’re all gathered. You shouldn’t need to bring any equipment that you wouldn’t have already needed at some point in the competition.
