The Fundamentals CrossFit is a pre-requisite for advancing to our CrossFit classes.
On Ramp teaches you the 9 foundational CrossFit movements : air squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, snatch and clean. You’ll learn how to safely perform the movements with high levels of technique.
We, also, effectively teach you other technical skill including kettlebell swings, pull-ups, rowing, and much more. Foundations is an integral part of the getting-started process when joining a CrossFit gym. You want to invest in properly learning these movements before performing CrossFit workouts.
3 Fundamentals Classes are required to progress to classes.
Each Class is in a one on one setting with one of our coaches at 25$ per session.
Regular tuition for membership begins the day you complete your final fundamentals class.
