2) Power Clean + Power Jerk: 1×3@65%, 3×2@70%, 6×1@75%

3) Low Bar Sumo Stance Box Squat (at or just below parallel): 1-3 sets to find a 5RM then 2×5@90%

4) Incline Row 5×5 Heaviest Possible

5) Bicep & Tris any exercise: 3-5×10

6) Hanging Leg Raise: 3×10

7) Superman Holds: accumulate 3:00 min
