Hatch Squat Week 6 Day 1
BS: 1×6@70%, 1×6@80%, 1×3@90%, 1×2@95%
FS: 1×5@65%, 1×4@70%, 1×4@80%, 1×4@80%

Snatch Grip Strict Press: 1-3 sets to find a 3 RM then 4×3@90%

Incline DB Row: 5×5 heaviest possible

Tempo GHD situp:3×10 5-2-5* add load

Any Bi’s and Tri’s 3×12-15
