1) Hang Snatch, find a 3RM then 3@90%

2) Back Squat 1×10 @60% 1×8@70% 1×5@75% 1×4@80%

3) Front Squat 1×10@60% 1×8@65% 1×8@70% 1×8@75%

4)Push Press, Find a 5RM then 4@90%

5) Incline Row 4×8

6) Weighted sit-ups 3×12

7) BB Good mornings 3×12

8) Pallof Press 3×30 sec hold (each side)
