Weightlifting
1) Power Snatch: 1×%, 1×%, 1×%, 1×%, 1×%
Strength
1) Front Squat: 5×75%, 4×80%, 3×85%, 2×90%, 1×95%, 5×75%
2) Bench: 3-5 sets to find a 3RM Compare to 7/16/14
Mixed Modal
“Death by” Shoulder to Overhead. beginning with 3 repetitions. The repetition count will increase by 1 each minute. Bars will come from racks. 155/115. Min 7 will equal 10 reps if you finish those you have the ability to do AMRAP in the remaining time of the minute.
Intervals / GPP/ Conditioning
1) Row 7K at 85% of your 5K Pace from 7/16/14
Accessories
If you have a Specific Weakness perform Accessories for that area.
