“Death by” Shoulder to Overhead. beginning with 3 repetitions. The repetition count will increase by 1 each minute. Bars will come from racks. 115/80. Min 7 will equal 10 reps if you finish those you have the ability to do AMRAP in the remaining time of the minute.
