Warm Up
Ladder drills

6 min accumulation:
Double Unders
*if you can get 50 unbroken, rest 30 seconds and do sets of 50 for the 6 minutes.

Deadlift 6×3@50,60,70,75,80,80
*if you feel good, try for 85,90,95%

Mixed Modal
Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes:
15 OHS @95/65
15 Burpees
