2 snatch balance + 2 OHS + 2 snatches
@50,60,70,75,80,80% (85,90%)

Mixed Modal
5 rounds of 3 minutes of work, 1 minute rest:
3 power cleans @135/95
6 push ups
9 air squats

*count your reps of each 3 minute round
