Take 5 minutes to work on toes to bar / knees to elbows (USE LATS! THINK BEAT SWINGS!!!) then take 5 minutes to work on double unders.

10 minutes EMOM:
5 Push Jerks @ 60%

Mixed Modal
5 rounds:
10 alternating DB Snatches @55/35
20 Overhead Lunges @45/25
30 Double Unders
