Weightlifting
1) Clean (No Contact) : 10×2 E2MOM starting @60% adding 5-10 lbs per set. If you fail, reduce the weight and finish the sets.

Strength

1) Front Rack Split Squat: 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.
2) Sotts Press 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.

Conditioning

5 x 15 Calorie Assault Bike, :30 rest between sets
Rest 5 mins
4 x 15 Calorie Assault Bike, :30 rest between sets
Rest 4 mins
3 x 15 Calorie Assault Bike, :30 rest between sets
Rest 3 mins
2 x 15 Calorie Assault Bike, :30 rest between sets
Rest 2 mins
1 x 15 Calorie Assault Bike
