Competitor Training 5.2.15 Off Season Week 4 Day 5

A. Weightlifting
1) Snatch: 10×2 E2MOM starting @60% adding 5-10 lbs per set. If you fail, reduce the weight and finish the sets.

B. Strength
1) Hang Clean Pull (From top of knee caps): 5×3 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.
2) RDL: 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.
3)1 Arm DB Row: 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.”

C. Mixed Modal
15 Min AMRAP
With a partner sled push 50 yards in 25 yard increments. 10 Dead lifts @225/185 (sled +90/45). 1 partner works at a time. One partner works the other rests, alternate rounds.
