Weightlifting
1) (No Contact) Power Snatch: 10×2 EMOM starting @60% adding 5-10 lbs per set. If you fail, reduce the weight and finish the sets.

Strength
1) Dead Lift with 3 sec eccentric: 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.
1a) C2B Pull-ups: 5x Max effort unbroken.
3) T Bar:  5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.

 Mixed Modal
For time:
20 Muscle-Ups
50 Box Jump Overs 24/20″
Row 2K
