Mixed Modal

10 minute EMOM:

High Hang Snatch x3

Directly followed by,

16 minute EMOM:

High Hang Clean x2

*Starting @60% for both exercises, adding 5-10 pounds each minute until failure.

*If you miss before the EMOM is over, drop to last successful weight, and finish the EMOM.
