5 Day Split Week 1 Day 4

1. Clean Pull + (no/no/no) Power Clean + Front Squat + Jerk: Every 2 mins for 20 mins @70%
2. Bench Press: Every 2 mins for 20 mins 3@70%
3. Incline DB Bench Press: 3×10
4. KB Half Kneeling Press: 3×10
5. 1 Leg Planks: 3×1 minute (30 seconds each leg)
6. Superman Hold: 3×1 minute
