C. EMOMx5: 1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + Jerk

Strength
1) Temp Snatch Grip RDL (3-0-3): 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.
2) Weighted Tempo Dip (3-1-3): 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.

Mixed Modal
