1) Snatch: 10×2 E2MOM starting @60% adding 5-10 lbs per set. If you fail, reduce the weight and finish the sets.

Strength
1) Hang Clean Pull (From top of knee caps): 5×3 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.
2) Front Rack Split Squats: 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.
3)1 Arm DB Row: 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.”

For Time With a partner splitting all work evenly.
