Weightlifting -A
1) (No Contact) Snatch + Hang Snatch (from the Knee): 10×2 E2MOM starting @60% adding 5-10 lbs per set. If you fail, reduce the weight and finish the sets.

Strength – B
1) Tempo Front Squat 3-0-3: 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.
2) Bench Press w/ 2 Sec Pause: 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal. ”

Mixed Modal – C
3 rounds for max reps:
1 min Front Squats 75/55#
1 min Push Press 75/55#
1 min Hand-release Push-ups
1 min Rest

Goat / Skill – D
