Weightlifting – A
1) (No Contact) Power Clean + Push Press: 10×2 E2MOM starting @60% adding 5-10 lbs per set. If you fail, reduce the weight and finish the sets.

Strength – B
1) Sumo Dead Lift: 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.
1A) Box Jump: 5×5 at a challenging height but not maximal
2) T-Bar: 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.

Mixed Modal – C
10 min AMRAP:
4 Power Snatches 135/95#
5 C2B Pull-ups
6 Toes-to-bar
7 Burpees
