Weightlifting – A
1) Snatch Pull + Snatch High Pull + Power Snatch + High Hang Snatch: E2MOM for 20 min, starting @60% adding 5-10 lbs per set. If you fail, reduce the weight and finish the sets.

Strength – B
1) Overhead Squat: 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.
2) Weighted Tempo Dip (3-1-3): 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.

Mixed Modal – C
15 min AMRAP:
21 cal Row
15 Wallballs 20/14#
9 Deadlifts 225/155#
3 Strict Handstand Push-ups
