1) Clean + Jerk: 10×2 E2MOM starting @60% adding 5-10 lbs per set. If you fail, reduce the weight and finish the sets.

Strength – B
1) Snatch Pull: 5×3 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.
2) Alternating DBL KB Front Rack Step-Ups: 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.
3)1 Arm DB Row: 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.”
