Mixed Modal

20 minute E2MOM: Clean & Jerk

Starting @ 60%, perform 2 Clean & Jerks every 2 minutes, adding weight each interval until you miss or the EMOM is completed. If you miss before the EMOM is finished, drop to the last weight completed, and finish the EMOM.
