2 Hang Snatches

REST 5 minutes

Every 2:00 for 10 minutes:

3 Position Power Clean (High Hang, Knee, Floor)

*Start at 60%, add 5-10 pounds each interval until the exercise is completed. If you miss before the time expires, deload to last weight hit, and finish the training session with that weight.
