Weightlifting – A
1) Clean Pull + 5 Sec Ecentric + Power Clean + High Hang Clean + Power Jerk + Jerk: E2MOM for 20 min, starting @60% adding 5-10 lbs per set. If you fail, reduce the weight and finish the sets.

Strength – B
1) Overhead Squat: 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.
2) Weighted Tempo Dip (3-3-3): 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.

Mixed Modal – C
AMRAP 12 Minutes
5 Muscle-ups
10 Deadlift 225/155lbs
50 Double-Unders
