Weightlifting – A
1) Snatch: 10×2 E2MOM starting @60% adding 5-10 lbs per set. If you fail, reduce the weight and finish the sets. If you make all your attempts with no misses rest an additional 1 min and then take singles in attempt to PR rest as needed

Strength – B
1) Clean Pull: 5×3 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.
2) Alternating DBL RDL: 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.
3) Alternating 1 Arm DB Incline Row: 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.”
