Every :90 for 15 minutes, 2 snatches (no contact) starting @60% and adding 5-10 pounds each set. If you miss, drop to last weight hit, and finish the complex.

Overhead Squat 5×5

Bench press w/ 2 second pause 5×5
Mixed Modal

10 minute AMRAP:

10 front rack step ups (2:1) (95/65)

10 push press @95/65

Run 200 m
