Weightlifting
1) Clean + Jerk: 10x 1+1 Every 90 Sec for 15 min starting @60% adding 5-10 lbs per set. If you fail, reduce the weight and finish the sets.

Strength
1) Snatch Pull: 5×3 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.
2) Alternating DBL RDL: 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.
3) Alternating 1 Arm DB Incline Row: 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.”
