Split squat 5×5

Alternating 1 Arm DB Bench Press 5×5

Alternating 1 arm DB Press 5×5

DB Step Ups 3×10 each leg

Triceps (any 2 exercises) 3×10

V-Ups 5×12

Russian Twist 5×12
