Weightlifting -A

1) Hang Power Snatch (from the Knee): 10×2 E2MOM starting @60% adding 5-10 lbs per set. If you fail, reduce the weight and finish the sets.

Strength -B

1) Sumo Box Squats: 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.
2) Alternating DB Press: 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.
3) Half Kneeling Bottoms up KB Strict Press

***(Class WOD) Mixed Modal- C (Class WOD)***

6 Rounds
10 Front Squats 155/115lbs
5 Muscle-ups
