1) No Hook, No Feet Snatch: Every 90 Sec for 15 min, starting @60% adding 5-10 lbs per set. If you fail, reduce the weight and finish the sets. (Top down, High Hang, Knee, Floor)
2) 3 Position Clean: E2MOM 10×3 @60% focusing on cycle time and precision. (Top down, High Hang, Knee, Floor)

1) Clean DL: 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.
2) Alternating DBL RDL: 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.
3) Supine Grip Incline Row: 5×5 add weight each set heavy but not maximal.”
