Please follow the order today. I want a legit effort with no influences on Mixed Modal. Make a major effort to take a 3-4 hour break between D and the rest of your training if you cannot reduce all % work by 5-10% unconditionally.

1. Snatch: 2×70%, 2×75%, 1×80%, 1×85%, 1×90%, 1×92.5%, 1×95%, 1×90%, 1×92.5%, 1×95%
2. Clean & Jerk: 2×70%, 2×75%, 1×80%, 1×85%, 1×90%, 1×92.5%, 1×95%, 1×90%, 1×92.5%, 1×95%

Strength- C
1. Squat: 10×2@90%
2. Press: 1-3 sets to find an 8RM then 2×8@90%

Mixed Modal- D
“Bergeron Beep Test”
EMOM for as long as possible:
7 Thrusters, 77/55
7 Pull ups
7 Burpees
