1) 2 Snatch Grip Push Press + OH Squat with 3 sec pause in bottom: 2+1@40%, 2+1@50%, 2+1@60%, 2+1@65%
2) Front Squat: 1RM No Pause with Belt
3) Snatch + Hang Snatch: find a max then 2×1@90
4) Jump Rope 3×3 min rest 1 Min btwn
