5 Day Split Weightlifting Week 3 Day 2

1) Front Squat w/ 1 Sec Pause: 1 RM w/belt!
2) Clean & Jerk: 12 min EMOM Starting at 60% add weight each attempt building to a max.
3) Snatch Pulls w/ 6 sec eccentric: 3×3 @95%
4) 1 Arm OH KB/DB Walking Lunges: 4xArm 10 each
5) Dip Station Leg Raises: 5×10 (Please return GHDs & Foot Plate to the proper place when done)
6) Jump Rope 3×5 min rest 2 Min btwn
