5 Day Split Weightlifting Week 3 Day 3

1) Back Squat w/ 1 Sec: 1RM then 2×3@80% NO BELT!
2) Jerk from Rack or Blocks: 5RM then 2×5@90% of your 5RM
3) Bench Press: 3RM then 3×3@90% of your 3RM
4) Bent over Row: 3×10
5) Seated Bottoms up 1 Arm KB Press: 3×10 Each Arm. Perform seated on the floor legs straight in front, feet together.
