1) 2 Snatch Grip Push Press + OH Squat with 3 sec pause in bottom: 2+1@50%, 2+1@60%, 2+1@65%, 2+1@70%, 2+1@75%
2) Front Squat: 1RM with Belt
3) Snatch: find a max then 2×1@90
4) Jump Rope 3×5 min rest 2 Min btwn
