5 Day Split Weightlifting Week 6 Day 2

1) Front Squat: 5RM then every 90 seconds 5-4-3-2-1-1-2-3-4-5@90%
2) Power Clean & Jerk: 12 min EMOM Starting at 60% add weight each attempt building to a max.
3) 1 Arm OH KB/DB Walking Lunges: 4xArm 10 each
4) Dip Station Leg Raises: 5×10 (Please return GHD’s & Foot Plate to the proper place when done)
5) Jump Rope 3×5 min rest 1 Min btwn
