5 Day Split Weightlifting Week 6 Day 3

1) Back Squat: 3xmax Reps @70% rest 5 min bwtn
2) Push Press: 3RM then 2×3@90% of your 3RM
3) Weighted Dips: 10RM
4) Weighted Pull Up: 5RM
5) Seated Bottoms up 1 Arm KB Press: 3×10 Each Arm. Perform seated on the floor legs straight in front, feet together.
