2) Clean & Jerk: Find a Max then 2×1@90%
3) Clean Pulls: 3×5 @95%
4) Waiters Walk: 7 Min Max Distance @53/35 alternate arms every 100 Meters
5) GHD Raises: 5×10
6) GHD Sit-ups: 5×10
7) Pall Off Press 3×1 Min each Side
