5 Day Split Weightlifting Week 8 Day 2

1) Back Squat: 3RM No Belt then every 90 seconds 3-3-2-2-1-1@90%
2) Power Clean: 10×1 EMOM Start @60% add weight each attempt building to a max.
3) 1 Arm OH KB/DB Walking Lunges: 5xArm 10 each
4) Dip Station Leg Raises: 5×10 (Please return GHD’s & Foot Plate to the proper place when done)
5) Jump Rope 4x5 min rest 1 Min btwn
