5 Day Split Weightlifting Week 1 Day 1

1)Snatch every 90 seconds for 12 minutes: 2@60,70,75% 2@80,82.5% 1@85,87.5,90,90%

2)Back Squat 3-5 sets to find a 10RM then 2×10@90% rest 3 minutes in between

3)Snatch Pull 5×3@85%

4)Snatch Grip BN Press 3-5 sets to find a  10RM then 2×10@90% rest 3 minutes in between

5a)GHD Raises 5×10
5b)GHD Sit-up 5×10

6)Tricep extension 3×10

7)Straight bar bicep curls 3×10
