5 Day Split Weightlifting Week 1 Day 2

1) Clean and Jerk: Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes 6×2@60,70,75,80,82.5% 4×1@85,87.5,90,90%

2) Clean Grip Deadlift 3-5 sets to find a 10RM then 2×10@90%. Rest 3 minutes in between sets

3) Press 3-5 sets to find a 10RM then 2×10@90%. Rest 3 minutes in between sets

4) Kettlebell front rack split squats 5×10 each leg. Heavies possible

5) Incline Row 4×10 heaviest possible

6) Pallof press. Accumulate 3 minutes each side
