5 Day Split Weightlifting Week 1 Day 4

1) Hang Power Snatch find a 3RM then 2@90% of 3RM

2) Push Press 3-5 sets to find a 10RM then 2×10@90%. Rest 3 minutes in between sets

3) Back Squat 5×10 from 90% of your 10RM from day 1

4) Snatch Grip Deadlift 3-5 sets to find 10RM

5) Snatch Grip upright rows 3×10
