5 Day Split Weightlifting Week 2 Day 1

1) Snatch: Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes 6×2@60,70,75,80,82.5% 4×1@85,87.5,90,90%
2) Back Squat 3-5 Sets to find a 10RM then 2×10@90%. Rest 3 minutes in between sets
3) Snatch Pull 5×3@95%
4)Sott press3-5 sets to find a 10RM then 2×10@90% rest 3 minutes in between sets
5a) GHD Raises 5×10
5b) GHD Sit-Ups 5×10
6) Triceps Extensions 3×10
7) Straight bar bicep curls 3×10
