5 Day Split weightlifting Week 3 Day 3

1) Weightlifting Wednesday with Class

2) Front Squat 3-5 Sets to find a 10RM then 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 @90% of 10RM rest 2 minutes in between

3) Weighted Dips 3×10. Heavies possible

4) Weighted Hypers 4×8. Heavies possible

5) Weighted sit-up 4×8. Heavies possible
