B. Weightlifting 

1. Hang Power Snatch: 5×%

C. Strength 

1. Snatch Pulls: 5×3@115%

2. GHD Raise: 4×15

D. Mixed Modal

With a 5 min running clock

Run 800 m

Then in remaining time as many Squat cleans at 135/95 as possible 

Rest 3:00

Then with a 5 min running clock 

Run 600 m

In the remaining time perform as many shoulder to OH at 135/95 as possible 

Rest 3 min 

Then with a 5:00 min running clock 

Run 400 m 

In the remaining time perform as many Thrusters at 135/95 as possible
