Spend 20 min working on your weaknesses.
Mixed Modal
Strength
Press: 5 RM every minute on the minute add 5-10 lbs until you miss.
Then
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
20 Powers Cleans (135/95 lbs)
20 Pull-Ups
20 Box Jumps
Session 2
Barbell Conditioning
With a continuous running clock
1. Push Press: 3 RM with weight you finished snatching then every minute on the minute add 5-10 lbs until you miss.
Rest 90 sec
2. Jerk: 3 RM every minute on the minute add 5-10 lbs until you miss.
